We run a thriving Toddler group every Wednesday morning during term-time. It's a great opportunity for Mums, Dads and Carers to bring their children (age 0-5) to a safe, happy, and fun environment. Most of the morning is free play time, allowing parents and carers to chat and get to know each other whilst their children are happily playing. Later in the morning, we have a craft activity followed by a short, interactive Bible story with a singing/music time. Parents are asked to supervise their own children throughout the morning to help keep everyone safe and happy!

 

The CBC Toddlers team is made up of volunteers - some of whom have young children, some are Grandparents, and others are in between! The leaders are all Christians and part of the church family here at CBC, so there is a strong Christian ethos. We aim to support the needs of attendees not only on a Wednesday morning but in other practical or spiritual ways as needs arise. A number have found CBC Toddlers to be their first step into church life here, and ultimately to knowing Jesus for themselves. We run ‘Coffee Plus’ mornings and Christianity Explored courses for those who want to find out more, and all are welcome to our service on Sunday morning.

Our session times are 9:30 – 11:15am and we ask for £2 per family as a contribution towards running costs. We serve fresh coffee, tea and biscuits for the adults, and ask that you bring suitable drinks and snacks for your child(ren) as required. We have a wide range of toys and activities available for the children to play with.
 

We meet at Cuckfield Baptist Church where there is plenty of free parking available.
